Pricing

An initial course of 5 treatments is recommended as this allows the receiver to tune in and for the body to understand and accept. These initial treatments can be relatively close together – just a few weeks. Subsequent treatments are dependent on the requirements of the client however, regular monthly treatments are suggested. 

I usually work with people over a course of treatments to help achieve deep and long-lasting growth and change. The number of treatment sessions depends on your needs, but I would recommend at least five so as to give sufficient time for changes to emerge. Shiatsu aims to promote good health and not just specific ailments. If accessed regularly it will help promote health and wellbeing.
