Sarah Watts - Shiatsu & Reflexology

Since retiring from a career in education I have been able to find the time to devote to working with the therapies I trained in many years ago and have also taken the opportunity to develop these further.

My treatment space provides a retreat from the outside world. It is a purpose built log cabin in the garden and provides a safe private space, in which you are invited to relax and let go.

For myself, the key to health and well being is a holistic approach which sees the mind and body as one with interconnected parts supporting the whole. As a result, I studied therapies and treatments that resonated with my own viewpoint.

I first began working with reflexology when I was only 16! As I consolidated my learning I qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology in 1998. I continue to develop my treatments to incorporate my knowledge of Traditional Chinese medicine and acupressure points.

I have recently rediscovered shiatsu from when I completed a years study in 2012. I qualified in 2021 and am registered and fully insured with Shiatsu Organisation UK

I am also qualified  in Indian Champissage (Indian Head Massage) and have completed a basic Bachs remedies course. I have trained in aromaflex which is the use of essential oils in aromatherapy.

Treatments are appropriate for children who need to attend with an adult.

I am currently working, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and occasional Saturdays. I am fortunate to have flexibility in my life so can accommodate most times with advance notice. I also offer home visits, in the comfort of your own surroundings, but kindly ask that petrol is covered.
